The year is 1927, and John Egbert, our organization's founder, discovers that there is a real need for same-day package delivery services between Philadelphia and Manhattan. Mr. Egbert's ingenuity and resourcefulness led to the nation's first same-day courier service between these cities.

In the beginning, we served the printing industry. As business changed, Egbert changed. Banks and brokerage houses soon became clients. This growth continued into today's business climate, where we handle critical parts shipments and just about any other commodity that has a time-sensitive nature.

Our new headquarters provides the space and resources needed for Egbert to continue to the next century. We look forward to another 75 years of successfully serving our clients
